My account this permanently suspended without any reason

Hi , my account is permanently suspended from selling on eBay . I even though I have good customers feedback . I contacted eBay customer support email them and provide all documentation they need but after that they permanently suspended from temporarily suspended account.

How can I reinstate my account I am too much stressed as my payment is hold sinceapril2025. I changed my bank account just now to receive my payment. Is there any solution to back on eBay selling ?

It's bad news,  if you have now received a permanent restriction that means a lifetime ban from selling there's no comeback from this.  You may still be able to buy from this account.

We have no access to your account or messages , but can see that your DSR ( Detailed Seller Rating ) is very low  eBay expect all these ' star ratings' to be no lower than 4.9 for any length of time,  yours are lower and this would have brought you Below Standard for Selling.

No point contacting Customer Services,  they do not go in to any detail but will just direct you to the messages eBay sent,  and your DSR board to show the points where you failed to uphold that high standard of selling.

An educated guess is that you were a business seller trading on a private account.

You can't reactivate your account.

A permanent ban on selling means you are banned forever.

We are other members and can only look at the publicly available information about your account and guess why it was closed.

This issue has already been mentioned - you were acting as a business and selling multiples of brand new items that you had bought to sell but using a private account.

Your star ratings for item description and postage costs were very low.

One product you sold multiple times has obviously been removed by Ebay because if I try to look at a sold item, I get 'this page is missing'.  To me, that suggests the item was not allowed or even had unsafe ingredients.  (That is just speculation on my part based on the products you were selling.)

Bottom line is, there is no way for you to sell on Ebay again.

Your DSRs were mentioned “Detailed Seller Ratings” , three of the 4 are below the level ebay expects which is I think 4.7, making you below standard, which can cause suspension. Feedback does not come into ebay’s calculations. Once suspended there is no way back.

Feedback doesn't count for restrictions,  look at your DSR ratings they are very low,  as I explained in my first post you need to be above 4.9 you've fallen below,  and looks like you've not been able to raise those star ratings for description , postage and delivery times,  hence the restriction.

If you have received a Permanent restriction this is a lifetime ban, you cannot come back from this,  you cannot sell on eBay.
