My QR code to dispatch item expired

How do I get a new one? The buyer requested I delay dispatching the item and now I can't figure out how to get a new QR code

You'll have to cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist for them to buy again.   It would have been better to do that right away to stop getting a late dispatch defect. 

The alternative would be to buy the postage yourself.
