Multiple purchases

As a seller, we used to have the option to create an invoice for a buyer who purchases multiple items which included item prices and any postage discounts applicable. I have not seen this option for a while now which means my buyers have to pay full price for two or more items (including multiple delivery fees) and I have to refund them for combined postage! Where did the invoice option go or is it still available?

Sellers can no longer send invoices with Simple Delivery and combining is not working properly.

If you do send items together bear in mind buyers now pay ebay for postage and will automatically receive refunds (in 30 days) from ebay for any used postage labels.
