Multi-user account access messages

Hello:

I have created users using the mutli-user account access to access our business account however these users cannot see the business accounts messages only their 'personal account' messages. I have allowed all permissions.

Any ideas?

but I can see not see in permissions any mention of being able to read The business account messages.
