I'm in the UK I have a store I want to set up multi buy discounts. when I go to Seller Hub > Marketing>Discounts >all discounts there is no option to create a multi Buy. I have contacted ebay they don't seem to know how to help they say a ticket has been raised but cant give a timescale for a resolution.
Am I looking in the right place?
is there w way to escalate this to speed up a resolution ?
any help would be appreciated
