Motorcycles still listed on ebay when the dealers have closed permanently?

Competeley Motorcycles closed down before Xmas and yet Ebay are still advertising their bikes for sale and yet they don't exist ... why do they do this?

It's the businesses responsibility to remove these listings,not Ebay's.

Ok thanks ... seems slack to me as ebay remove listings all the time for lots of reasons and they cant be getting paid for these listings anymore as they went bust a while back?

They'll soon close their eBay account if flooded with cases of item not received from buyers.
