Money teken from my account

Ebay has taken three separate amounts of money out of my bank account, and I have not ordered anything in over a year.  Where do I go for help, as there is no phone number to call on Ebay.

Have you checked your recent  purchase history in your "My eBay" pages? It's not unknown for family members to order things withour permission on another family member's account!

If not this, either a mistake has been made or your account has been hijacked (probably as a result of a "phishing" email). If the latter, you need to read: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196&st=3&pos=2&qu...

And, as has been said, notify your bank too.

Looking at your feedback, you have left feedback for one seller, and received feedback from two other sellers in the last month.

One of the purchases was a vacuum cleaner at over £200 on 16th October.

Did you make that purchase or has your account been accessed by somebody else?
