Good morning. I am being asked to add a card to my account as the one on currently is on hold. I don’t know how to sort this as all the details for both my bank and card are correct. I don’t have another card I can use. Any help would be gratefully received. I have gone through the help pages on here and tried to get an advisor to reply to me but it just keeps going to automated assistant!
I have not been told by eBay of any problems and my sales are showing as completed. …Jo
