Money on hold saying waiting for delivery & has been delivered

Money is still on hold saying waiting for delivery & has been delivered as the buyer has reviewed it… this new system is terrible, how do I get my money released? EBay’s a mess & this stupid protection fees, there go8ng to lose a lot of customers selling & buying

Feedback doesn't count,  the new system relies on tracking showing delivery,  if it does, then the payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking,  the payout is held for 14 days.

At the end of February, items of a value £10 or less will not require tracking, an here,  if feedback is left it will release the payout sooner.
