Missing

Hi I ordered 3 kids play phones 2 red ones arrived but 1 blue is missing. I've contacted the seller he told me to close the case instead of sending it

Do not close case as it cannot be reopened.

Seller either supplies missing item, or refunds. If no response escalate after 3 days.

Were they bought as three separate orders ? If so what I have said above is correct.
