Customer says she hasn’t received her parcel but RM have delivered it.Tracked with photo.Buyer demanding money back or she will leave feedback accordingly.

Send your buyer a polite message to inform them of the tracking showing delivery. Ask her to ask her postie where they left the item. Might be still in a safe place around her property or given to a neighbour.
If she does open a case enter those tracking numbers showing delivery it will close the case in your favour, no need to refund.
If she's threatening to leave bad feedback now and does you can contact eBay Customer Services direct them to the message threatening to leave bad feedback and depending also what is written anything about a case, a refund, eBay involvement then it may be cause for removal.

In fact even threatening to leave negative feedback , is classed as Feedback Extortion and is grounds for removal.
