Missing parcel as a seller

I am a seller that has sent a parcel via royal mail that has not arrived.  It has tracking.  I have had to refund the buyer now and need to claim for the missing parcel but cannot see how to do this

If you bought the postage through eBay you can claim here:

If you bought it direct from RM or your post office you claim from their website or get a form from your post office.
