Missing item

I’ve just received an order that states cup and ice tray but just the cup has arrived .. wasn’t cheap and it won’t let me contact the seller as he’s a quick delivery system user.. I’m not up with that that means when ii just want to ask where the res of the order is . Any clues ?

That's a very odd listing.   The only place the ice tray is mentioned is in the title, but as it is in the title you are entitled to expect one, even though I don't think it actually exists.

You can open a case for item not as described but you will have to return the tumbler if the seller doesn't agree to a partial refund.

I don't think there was an ice tray available either, I don't know why the seller mentioned it in the listing title, I see that some of those tumblers do come with a barista ice tray though.

As @papso22  says, you can return it as not as described or missing parts and get a full refund, the seller would pay the cost of the return:
