Please how do I make a claim from Yodel for missing item. I have spoken to their agent and they’re asking to speak to eBay or packing but eBay had already asked me to speak to Yodel. I am confuse here. I have so many missing time items by yodel

My answer was regarding a buyer.

To advise you correctly it would help to know whether you are the seller or the buyer?
Normally this would probably be clear from your feedback page, but this is one of these days when all that appears is "Sorry. There seems to be a problem loading the page".

So that means we can’t hold eBay or Yodel responsible for missing items and we keep loading money for sales ?
