I made a purchase via the Nectar App in December and the points (5x) have not been added to my a/c. I initially called Nectar, who told me to wait a few weeks as they can see the transaction. Now they're telling me they can't and need to contact Ebay..how do I do that as none of the options fit... Thanks

Did you sign in to ebay through nectar?
This Is only way to earn points now.
You can't spend points on ebay.
You would have received confirmation from nectar about points, they are added about 5 days later.

Yes, I did. I called Nectar to say I never received the email, and they said they could see the transaction, and I should wait. I've waited, called them back and they're saying they can't see it. Nectar told me to contact Ebay, but I can't see a link to do that.
I'm really annoyed, and want to make a complaint, but don't know where to send it to.
Any suggestions are much appreciated

I can't see ebay will do anything.
It is nectar who award points.

That's exactly what I thought but Nectar say others..I'm going to try an address to complain to.
