I sold an item but missed the DHL collection time last friday (I got called into work). What is the process to arrange a new collection time/date? Ive tried contacting DHL direct but heard nothing back. Cheers.
You should be able to rebook onine via DHL website, or a call to their customer services and they should be able to assist you I would have thought. You will need the waybill/tracking number from the parcel.
