Mis-leading Advertisment

How do you report a mis-leading listing? I have found a listing that on the face of it the price was was too good to be true. Reading down there was a comment the headline price was in fact a deposit  not the full price. Surely EBay needs to stop such listings and close the sellers account down. I am sure the seller will claim if you read the listing you will see the details but it is wrong to allow mis-leading headlines to be used to as some will be caught out by this. If it is not an auction the headline price should be the price you get for  the goods shown in the picture

indeed as far as eBay are concerned the 'headline price' is all a buyer has to pay.

deposits are not allowed.
