Messed up my Postage settings

I recently accidentally added business/ postage settings to my account… which will not allow me to list as it says there is issues with the postage settings? 
I’ve tried talking to eBay but all I get is the chat bot going round and round in circles… how do I speak to someone at eBay ?

Business sellers have to accept all returns, 

This may be the issue.
