I bought a preorder from  a seller & have been able to message them up until now. My last message was at the weekend but I've to message today for an update all I get is a blue cirlce with a i in it & my message won't go through. What does this mean?

When did you place the order?As all preorders must be delivered within 40 days

In September but the game kept being put back.  The seller was very good communicating this to me & I always double checked what they were telling me was correct.

Your seller can't even refund you now via eBay, and you're out of time to claim via eBay or issue a chargeback via your debit or credit card provider.

Oh that's not good.  I paid via Paypal.  Is there anyway I can get my money back from them?

Log into PayPal, find the order and try an item not received claim.

How do I do that please?

Log into your PayPal account, call up the payment.

Scroll down the payment details and at the bottom there's a 'report an issue' text link.  Use that to report it as not received.

Hi, I've done it but unfortunatley it falls 3 days after the 180 days so they have refused it.  Thank you for your help.

I take it the blue circle & i inside means your blocked.  What a sumbag of a seller.  My son is gutted.  I doubt I will be able to find another one.  Himeds birthday will now be remembered as the one where Mum got scammed!
