Can anyone help a buyer has asked me to upload a video to them  how can I do this

You'll only be able to do this if you have no bids or active offers and set up the listing with eBay's newer type of listing tool.

Go back into your listing, at the top can you see the Photos & Videos field, or does it start off with Title?

I’ve only got a message requesting a video and on my listing it only says add photos only

Okay, in that case you won't be able to revise it and add a video, the original listing had to be set up in Seller Hub in order to access that feature.

You can host the video elsewhere and send the potential buyer the url to it, or end the current listing (if it has no bids, else you don't want to do that) and set it up again in Seller Hub.
