Got a WhatsApp message from one of the sellers is this normal

If you have bought from a seller, Ebay will have supplied them with your phone number so they could easily find you on WhatsApp.

If it is a query about your transaction, then there is no reason why the seller shouldn't contact you that way.

A whats App message isn't a problem, it's what the seller is asking in the message that counts,so beware,as all messages relating to transactions should be sent via ebay messages as a record.

No ... beware WhatApp messages ... could be the start of a scam ... contact is safer through eBay messages.
