Marking item as delivered

Sold an item and downloaded Evri QR delivery code. But I ended up sending item Royal Mail. Buyer has received the item. How can it be marked as delivered so I received the funds. ?

Contact ebay and ask them to change the tracking number.   You can use callback on here:
