Mark item as received

Hi I sold an item and as the buyer needed it asap we agreed I would deliver it. All good there, funds released etc… but the item is now showing as overdue and eBay keep asking me to dispatch it using one of their labels. What should I do? There is no button for delivered/collected, etc.

Generate the ebay label.   That will mark it as dispatched.   If the buyer paid for it it will still be unused and refunded to them in 30 days.
