Making offer

When I make an offer and submit my amount, the website forwards me to a "page not found". 

I have changed browsers and devices but I keep getting the same error.

This started last night.

There is a problem with offers that ebay know about and hopefully will fix before too long.   In the meantime you could message the seller via the listing and if they agree to your offer they could revise the price on their listing.
