Making CUSTOM postage NOT SIMPLE

I sell quite alot of ceramic/resin ornaments and I have 100% feedback over 25+ years on eBay but at the moment I am wasting so much time and effort over the SIMPLE posting of items I'm currently trying to list - it does not suit my items. I won't use EVRI as they don't cover ornaments (even if the box arrives obviously damaged) so I think I've excluded EVRI. However I still can't sort a suitable Royal Mail Service eg medium parcel. It is listing posting as per a small parcel and NO WAY am I posting these items in a  box height 16 cms!

I've tried to set up a policy but then it said it was invalid. I have contacted customer support but the agent didn't know what to do and has passed me on to someone else 24-48 hours to wait for a reply ...

Please can anyone help? Thanks!

The easiest solution if you are not just selling off your old unwanted personal possessions,  is to upgrade to a business account.

No Simple Delivery, no BPF.

That suggestion was just a way round, ebay’s ill thought out money making schemes.

To be honest I do not think ebay has a clue about selling or packaging with intention of items arriving in one piece, if they had evri would not be used, or else ebay just wants rid of private sellers.
