Make offer.

Make offer page has become unusable. It will not let you scroll down to submit your offer. Same problem on chromebook and Windows. This seems to be a recent issue, as I have used before with no problem.

Thanks. Ebay just phoned me, so they are now aware of the change. Temporary
fix is to use CTRL and - to reduce image size, the submit/continue tab is
visible. Chris
