The "Make An Offer" page on my computer screen wont move down to the confirm box, the box seems to long for the screen. The arrow buttons and the page up/page down buttons do nothing and the mouse scrolling wheel does nothing either...I've never experienced this problem before and can't work out whether it's my problem or eBay's??
