MIP Issues

I am trying to load a test file, the data points are shown below to upload a product and keep getting the error MIP_12 The Product ID / SKU is missing. Add a Product ID / SKU for this item.

The SKU is set in my source file and I have used this template before so not sure why it is no longer working. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks but the MIP is not classed as a developer tool as it can be accessed by any seller without a developer login.
