My wife created her seller's account and I it got suspended straight away. We managed to speak to an agent then he stated "we do the sometimes to verify account". He unsuspended it. Then she listed her first item, it is a genuine item bought from one of the supermarket in UK. After the successful listing the account got suspended again. Now same error code MC999, with right to appeal. I have been trying to get pass this bot, this time it won't let me speak to someone. What shall I do?Thanks

Thank you, but I am afraid stuck with bot again. Tried a number of ways to ask for agent, but that stupid thing won't educate itself.

Thanks again, none of the keyword is allowing to pass the bot. "Contact an agent' 'can I be called back' etc. It the replies with "sure, I can help you get in touch with an agent. Currently you can: send us an email. Then that vicious cycle again

May I suggest a strong recommendation !
Forget tomorrow, Sunday, but first thing Monday morning or a weekday morning, when the lines first open for a ' live agent' call then, at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering, and more chance of a sensible reply, though be aware, CS agents do not go into any great detail relating any restrictions.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I've tried google and edge, same response. Could it be due to the fact that, it says the account is inactive and suspended. I've not tried it today, do you think clearing the cache and or using Firefox might help?

It did not work out but I managed to speak to them using my personal account. They say account has been indefinitely suspended sue to policy violation. Which they failed to mention. A 🇬🇧 registered company, her 🇬🇧 DL as proof, bank details, council tax bill. Don't known what did we violate. As the address is on the system, they won't allow another. So it's done.
