MC011 Action required - Payouts on hold

We have MC011 (not suspended), was selling branded imported fragrances and sales spiked.

We have invoice from our supplier who is authorised to sell in the UK, the email says we need to submit the following:

- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacturer invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)

The point here is our supplier is Local, not the manufacturer, has brand authorisation letter.

Are we Okay in submitting just the invoice, their authorisation etc. the text says MUST SHOW (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)

We want to be extra sure that we submit the right documentation of what we have.

1) Does Payment information mean our payment to them or how they accept payments?

2) What if Ebay does not accept this as proof or does not consider it to be adequate?

3) Our funds are on hold, will they release those funds, ever?

Please guide, we want to be sure it is done the correct way.

NB: I think our mistake was selling as private seller and we have sold upwards 5K in multiple quantities.

Yes, if you used private account to sell the perfumes this is suspicious.

This account is a private account, so buying to sell on it is a very serious violation of eBay rules and the law.

You can only submit the documentation that you have - Ebay have told you what they want and asking in a member to member forum whether that will be acceptable is a bit pointless.  Submit what you have and see what Ebay say. 

If your funds are held, they can be held for up to 180 days.

There are lots of posts about accounts which have been issued with a MC011 - have a read to see what other sellers have experienced.

As advised, trading on a private account was not a good idea.
