MAKING AN OFFER ON EBAY

Can anyone please tell me if ebay are to blame for the following problem im having? The problem relates to Bid/Best offer items.When i try to make an offer all goes well until i try to send the offer.The send button is not visible at all at the bottom of the screen.Im not good on computers but ive never had this problem before.It seems to have come about over the last week.Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.

99% of online forms automatically adjust to the user's screen settings. But some don't - this happens to me sometimes. It's very frustrating.

If you can't pull the bidding page up so that the button comes into view you may have to temporarily change your screen settings to a lower resolution. On a Windows computer, right-click anywhere on the desktop and go to the display settings. You can change it back afterwards, but it may alter the position of your desktop icons!
