Lost parcel

I recently sent an item via Parcelforce express48 and they appear to have lost it. I have the receipt of postage, but they can’t find it! What are my options as it is worth a fair anmount and I’m not prepared to accept simply a sorry. I’ve spoken to Parcelforce and they have said they’ll investigate and have given me a reference number.

As the seller its your responsibility to sort with Parcelforce. However the buyer does need refunding in the meantime if they have asked. They should open an INR case, you may be able to buy a few days time by uploading the tracking in to the case, but ultimately they will need refunding.

 

In the mean time you need to work with P'force to get an update. I would suspect its in a depot somewhere.... Just where though?!
