Lost case

So seller sent my item to wrong address postcode but ebay closed the case with him winning thats when i noticed wrong delivery address but now all.im getting is case closed cant get anywhere this is a month supply of cat food I cant replace cant even appeal just says case closed any help please

For a seller to win an item not received claim they need to have a tracking number showing delivery to the address in the order details.

Was the wrong address (perhaps an old one) showing as the delivery address?

No im RM12 and seller sent to totally different address in hornchurch where
I am Rm11 I lived here 30yrs so not an old address seller also changed from
evri delivery 22ns sep to fed ex delivered 19th I brought this at 10pm on
18th so he was a bit dodgy as changed delivery company when I asked where
my item was
