Lost Item In Transit / eBay Postage Insurance?

Hi, eBay emailed telling my that my buyer has been refunded because the item was lost in transit. Should I receive reimbursement from eBay insurance as I used their simple postage option?

With SD ebay issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment.    If that hasn't happened contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:
