Invoice cash back order number 24-11543-33739 

What does this mean?

Sounds like a scam I personally wouldn't reply to it.

Does it have any connection at all to eBay ?

Do you pay RM having an online account with them (hence you received an invoice),and do you recognise the order reference number they have supplied!
