I've sold a log store , in my description it states I'll deliver in a35 mile radius but the customer is over 90 miles away I've gone to refund but eBay wants to charge me £40.48 I'm not willing to pay £40.48 to refund how can this be sorted with out me paying any money as it wasn't my fault ?
