Hi everyone,
Yesterday two of my listings were removed under the emissions policy. I appealed and eBay approved it, confirming the removals were a mistake. However, less than 24 hours later, the same listings were flagged again and now my account has been restricted for 3 days.
I contacted support, and they admitted it looks like an error. They escalated it to the policy team and told me I’d get an update by email within 5 hours, but I still haven’t heard back.
Has anyone else experienced this issue — successful appeal followed by the same listings being flagged again and an account restriction? If so, how was it resolved?
