How do you set up a single listings which has variations eg coin year

Not all categories offer variation listings.

Can you see one already up and running, if so can you provide a link to it please and we'll explain how to set it up.

They are a business seller and variations may not be available to private sellers in that category,eBay are removing a lot of the business tools which were available to private sellers
