Listing says post worldwide?

Trying to pay for an item in US from UK. Buyer and post says will post worldwide.

When trying to pay, the message "seller wont post to this address" comes back.

Seller will post anywhere , ebay says it's a glitch.

Seller relisted, on ebay's advice and It's back to square one.

5 ebay agents have failed to resolve this and the case raised has been ignored by ebay in addition to 2 x emails.

Any advice/help appreciated before giving up.

Ask the seller to try putting your ID on their exemption list.   If they don't know about it they'll find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page.   Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders.
