I'm trying to listen a few items but keep getting a message saying there is no postage policy is available.

I have been selling for a few years now not had a single issue before trying to list.

Any help will be much appreciated

You are registered in the USA this is the UK community page. Your requirements for postage may be different to ours.

I'm based in the UK. So don't know why saying I'm USA based

This seems to be an intermittent bug but try clearing cookies or using a different browser.    You are registered in the UK as far as I can see.

I have cleared all cookies still the same issue. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled it and still doing the same.
