Listing incorrectly blocked by ebay

My listing is being blocked. Ebay says:

Your listing didn't follow our Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy. Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase, is not allowed.

This is not correct. How can I report this to ebay? I'm unable to edit the listing.

It's unusual not being able to revise your listing if it's not put on yet.   You could contact ebay and ask if they can help changing it.  You can use callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

If not you might have to start again and this time don't mention anything about viewing or collecting the item in your description.
