Listing fee

I have not used any of my monthly free listings however ebay is telling me it will charge a listing fee of £0.36 (insertion fee) when I tried to list something. I have been through multiple times and I have not added any optional add ons that would incur a fee. This is really annoying as I wanted to add multiple items. I can't even figure out how it gets the £0.36 figure as from what I can tell, that number would not be right for any of the fees anyway. Can someone please advise me how to sort this out.

You are a business seller so don't qualify for any free listings.

If you pay for a shop subscription, a number of listings will be included in the price for that, otherwise, you are charged for each listing.

The fee is 30p + 20% VAT, so 36p is correct.
