The site is constantly being updated.
What kind of item is it?

Ah, I see that you sold 6 boxes of menopause patches.
eBay have probably stopped you because you're not a business seller and these are items that a private seller would not be reselling (it's to prevent unscrupulous people getting free prescriptions and then trying to sell the product).

You do not say what item was, but ebay's removal of items is to say the least erratic.
Having been removed however do not attempt to relist.
I had an Electricity Company Ambulance Service Badge dating to before the National Health Service was formed in 1948, for breaking their rules about Police Badges, when there were about another 30 identical badges listed.
Apart from seeing that none were selling, I just could not see the point in trying to tell ebay that commonsense should be used as I do not believe that mine was picked up by robots, if so all would be removed.

We don't know what you were selling, but if you have started selling female hormonal and estrogen products again you certainly can't do this as a private seller.
As a private seller you are limited to selling your own, unwanted possessions. To sell anything that you buy to resell you need to be registered as a business seller. There may be other specific restrictions that apply to these particular products, please check eBay's guidance on prohibited and restricted items, and on pharmaceutical products.
You may be lucky that whatever you listed for sale was removed. You need to address these very serious issues before even considering selling items of this nature again.

Indeed OP has started to relist them - plating with fire.

Yep, it'll end badly.
