Late return - agreed with seller.

I purchased a front cover for a caravan in September which hasn’t been used yet.  I have found out that despite the advertisement on ebay saying explicitly that it would fit my caravan make/model it was unsuitable and would not fit.  I have contacted the seller and after a few messages he has agreed to a return and refund.  
The problem is with ebay as they seem unable to facilitate any return for me despite the sellers agreement.

I have spoken to customer service and twice they told me that they would email to me return documentation but nothing has been sent to me.

How do I go forward please?

You're way past any time for eBay to get involved, this is between you and your seller now.

The moral is to check items on delivery, as eBay's money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days.

After that they will not get involved, whatever problems may later be discovered.
