Hi i have used Klarna for a while now. my last purchases last month i took up their 3 month option, they are now taking the full payment, they did not take the 1st payment. have contacted them today about this and the customer services was obviously reading from a script. They should not offer and accept pay in 3 here if they do not. I have money too pay, my credit score is good, on some purchases i like too use pay in 3, check my history. They gave me a reference as i asked to escalate it ID: 1098547, yet on my account with them no way of checking on this. They should not offer and accept pay in 3 on Ebay if they then do not follow through ???? What is going on ?? their facebook page has no posts for months ?? i do not think that your customers should use them . Any ideas what is going on ??
