It's not Fraud.
Looks like you have returned to selling after a bit of a break, and any sudden selling activity on a dormant account raises red flags to eBay as it could be a sign the account has been hacked.
eBay will then hold your payout for a little longer to make sure the item is received and that no refunds will ensue, the hold is a security measure for your account and your buyers.
Once eBay are happy you, the correct owner has returned, payouts are received quicker, see this statement from eBay, last year....
From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:
- Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
- Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months
