Klarna orders

Why does it sometimes offer klarna as a payment option in checkout but sometimes not, even when it shows you on the item page that you can pay x amount a month through klarna

To be honest I have never seen Klarna payments ever,  at eBay checkout.

Klarna is a Swedish payment processing Company.  Pehaps you are seeing this option from Swedish or Nordic sellers ?

Maybe someone will come along with another answer here, as said, I haven't seen this method of payment myself.

You can read about the payment methods that eBay.co.uk accepts below. They don't include Klarna, although eBay does mention that some listings may offer other methods. I imagine that these are items like motor vehcles which are excluded from the money back guarantee. It's possible that different rules may apply in other countries.

If you have seen an "ordinary" listing from a UK seller that offers payment by Klarna let us know the item number.
