Jeans seller gets away with bad service.

I just needed a larger size, but no return label came, and the jeans I returned were never replaced.

If the jeans did not fit , the seller does not pay for the return , you do.

So if you have sent the item back, have you opened a return case?  If not , do so now.

Right of the item in your Purchase History from More Actions select Return this item, enter the tracking number of the item sent back.

After receipt of their item, the seller has 48 hours to refund you,  if they don't,  you need to escalate the case,  eBay step in and force the refund.

Did you open a return case through Ebay?

If you buy from an Ebay business seller, they have to accept returns.

If you send an item back because it is the wrong size, you do have to pay so the seller has to provide their address but not necessarily a label.

You must use a tracked method and add tracking to the case.

Then, the seller has to refund you within 48 hours of tracking showing they have the item back.

If they don't, you go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.

What went wrong with your return?
