I've just had a wonderskin lip stain removed due to "policy violations". No idea why. It's a genuine article and not a scooby why ebay would think otherwise. Any ideas how to contest this?

I'm presuming this wasn't a ' used item'  even ' barely used',   as make has to be sold Brand New.

You could try and ask eBay Customer Services if they know if this item is perhaps a Vero protected item, read about Vero policies from a link at the bottom of most eBay pages.

If you contact CS when their lines open at 8 a.m. for ' live agents' there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You can't appeal an Ebay decision.

It may be that the manufacturer doesn't allow the sale of their product by private sellers, only businesses who are selling the product officially.  That is just a guess but is a frequent reason for removal of items.
