My package is showing delivered, but isn’t at the store for collection

It shows it was delivered on 22nd September.

You needed to collect it within 7 days of that date.

I went there the same day and wasn’t there
I contacted the seller and have been trying to get help from eBay since then !
I want the item or the refund,
Just don want spend money with something that I don’t have

Ebay closed your case because the item was delivered to the Click and Collect point.

You should try your payment provider.

I realise that you don't have your item.

But, as the seller has proof of delivery, Ebay will not refund you.

What does the tracking show?  (There is a 'track package' link on the screenshot you added to your post.  Who was the carrier and what does the tracking show?)

If you check the tracking and it shows the item was delivered to the Click and Collect location that you chose, you can try approaching the carrier and telling them the item was not there for you to collect or you can see if your bank/credit card can help.
